That will be a semi seizure,not a good sign practically speaking the minimum you are looking at is a re-bore with the associated new oversize pistons & rings,it would also be prudent to to have the head crack tested & skimmed as not all damage is not immediately obvious. :wink:


if thats what is needed i'll probably keep my eyes open for another engine
