Why oh f****ing why is it when I down load a video to the forum it down loads the whole po*y album instead of the one clip I want to show. Will smash this computer if it doesn't work in a minute.

When in your album view, select the video you want, and hover your cursor over it. It should show a list of links. Click on the one at the bottom that shows IMG Code. Then go to the forum post, right click and click on paste. Should work as that's how I have done it in the past.
