linking gmail to windows email

hi am writing to see if any of you techy people out there can help me im trying to link my gmail account to windows email iv followed all the instructions on the web and it still wont work grrr!!!! im trying to email an open office document so it can be read using word any help much appreciated

just save the document as a .rtf and it will be able to be opened in anything.

in lhotmail and gmail you have the option to fetch other email from other accounts you just have to fill in the account details for your gmail one in the hotmail one and it will start downloading all the email for yo so you get it all in one place.
