keeps saying to get code online is this correct or am i

ok put program in laptop connect op com when we select diagnostics
it goes to a activate page then askes for computer id name email add
done that then askes you to send mail done that but still no reply
and wont let us scan thanks bob

No it won't do bud as you haven't activated it . You have bought a clone OPCOM with hacked / pirated software for which you will need the crack/hack from the seller.
