Hit the button "print screen" on your keyboard, and then open any graphics software i.e. microsoft paint then hit "CTRL+V". Voila. Be sure to save as a JPG not a BMP as BMP files are mahooooosive.

Hi All
Thanks Very Much Guys, but wow! sounds very complicated

I too have a Toshiba Satellite Pro

Ok Got the shift button and then on the top right on the keyboard would this be correct? please, to hold down its PRTSC and underneath that button it has SYSRQ ? is that the correct button to use please? to get a screen shot please?

As I don't wanna start pressing buttons as I have already lost my Tools, Favourite, on my toolbar tonight and have only got my refresh and X and Home button on my toolbar left
I did try to restore my laptop but it only let me go back tonight and it didnt bring my toolbar back to how it was, say earlier yesterday ... Sorry..

Sorry to be a pain and Thanks very much for all your help & patience once again

Cheers
Roo

I use a photoediting programme called Photoscape (its free, just google it) and that has an inbuilt screen grabber, so its just a open the programme, click screen grabber bit, and it will grab the current tab your viewing.
For what it's worth it was worth all the while
It's something unpredictable but in the end is right
I hope you have the time of your life
