well im looking to have our next east midlands meet on the 4th september so do you lot have a local pub where we can meet up in the nottingham area?. i wanted to vary the meeting places so we all dont have to travel and gets us to different venues.please remember it has to be pet and child friendly and enought carpark so we can have a coke and a chat in the carpark.or if people are happy with the last venue or our old one here are 2 ideas

parking is ok as they have a couple of car parks will have a look next sunday around 2ish and see how busy the car park is so i can let you know as i rememer it parks about 30-50 cars i think have a look on google it has two a front and rear car park.

have to let the world know where having it where the lincoln crew can reach and see if any flat landers turn up.

after all more the merrier and ill speak to them about gettin on the pit for an hour and two on the afternoon when thoses that dont want to get dirty have gone home say i your doing it -4pm as usual and then maybe an hour or two afterwards for the brave

dean normally when we have the meet we have a few cokes or the odd time we have something to eat so i will put it to people at the meet thread to see if they want to go to the pit.
well this is where we will hold the meet 1 till 4 on the sunday,then if anyone wants to go with you to play in the pit we can do that!

hey you just cant please some people they have been moaning that the meets are all over in the west midlands and to far so we hold in the midlnads for them to come and even the ones in nottingham are slacking to put there names down and there are some in calverton who are saying why no local meets so we put them on and no one signs up

i would like to say it is a really nice pub and sceneary they do cracking food as well and like you say if afterwards anyone wants to come and play it is a seperate meet all together.
