I wish.
1.2 Mb max out here.
Don't even begin to think about discussing upload speeds.
If you need something done quickly just ask a busy woman then get the f"k out of her way.

It is crap but it's not you but with BT. I had same problem for over three weeks only just getting back to normal now, what I heard was that BT were up-grading the network but cause the whole system to crash everywhere affecting schools, local gov's, trade and anyone else with internet access. Then it affected the landline it was like listening to a bowl off rice crispies.

Right now I'm running at D/load 3.76meg, but have foned BT to have the BRAS profile reset should go upto 6.7meg on Tues.

I'm actually with the Post Office, although they use BT lines. I think I might have to contact them, cause that kinda speed is seriously pathetic. :(

Just tried 3 further tests using different servers, including one outside the UK, and pretty much the same results. Ah well. :(

James, yours makes me feel so much better, I can only get this but I do only pay for 1MB, and never expect more than 1/2MB as I live so far away from... well, anywhere,

Almost snap with Lawrence

Interesting bit is Drifty is faster than 94% of the UK with 50M download, but Lawrence is faster than 96% with 37M download. Must take upload into account too
