RIGHT if u want to get stuck and F**K your truck up then carry on!!!!
I've been up there in the last week or so and know of atleast 3 truck own'd by MY mates that have been stuck!
I've spoken to the local officials and they informed me that they are felling trees and towing them thro the water creating a massive high point in the middle!!! I'm also friendly with a local recovery company and they have also recovered 2 discos with all the gear on them from the water!!!!
I really suggest nobody goes thro this unless its had some maintenance done on it!!
TRUST ME I'M NOT BEING A PARTY POOOPER!! I'M JUST TRYING TO DO EVERYONE THAT DOESNT WANT TO F**K THEIR TRUCKS UP A FAVOR!!
I LIKE BEING FAT! I'M HARD TO KIDNAP!!

Tangoman I for one thank you for this and appreciate the info you have posted.

Its seems the lanes might have seriously deteriorated recently? so maybe a voluntary TRO by groups should be posted on it?

I understand, we need to look after the lanes and show the authorities we as 4x4 enthusiasts also have an interest in keeping our vehicular rights of way open even if we volunteer a restraint until the damage is repaired, good on you.

Have you informed the local council ROWO?

ive driven this particular lane 3 or 4 times, and it is very bad at this one section, however............................

if you stick to the left hand side, and go around the trees, then it is easily passable. but thanks for warning people, ive been stuck there myself a few times!

this was the last time. :)
