Help other members move stuff such as parts around the country at minimal cost
by Wilberforce on Fri Apr 09, 2010 3:26 pm
Wotcher folks, In a bid to get a little but organised, etc, I'm inviting requests for bits to be moved to / from Bala and the South Coast. I'm already bringing a part for alex from MG Auto's, and a pair of tyres for Roo, so probably only small bits now for the upward leg; planned to be on the Friday. However, on the way back I'm all yours. Planning on leaving Bala on the Tuesday morning, dropping down to Swansea to catch up with somebody, and then probably Wednesday back into England along the M4. From there, we have options... A36 to Bristol, Bath, Warminster, Salisbury, Andover, etc... M4 / A34 for places like Swindon, Chippenham, Hungerford, Newbury, Winchester, etc... Southampton, Portsmouth are always doable, as is the SE picnic site; don't even mind a small diversion to say Reading or Basingstoke if suitably bribed (bacon sarnies and biscuits work well ) So, get thy requests in folks, Jim
