thanks for the offer chrissy, yeah you did great on convincing lori to let me do the things i'd planned for the frontera,
it may be a little bit too hard to convince her to go camping, and the caravan would be a no ono too, oh well..
As for donnington, that topic of conversation came up too on the way home... she's getting into the swing of modding the fronty now,and quite likes the idea of the king pin tyres like yous..but ONLY on one condition, i'd have to paint the letters white, small price to pay i suppose.lol
i'll speak to lori when she gets in from work.. i'm off for a couple of days, and i'll talk her into donnington..that will be the easy part, although that may be on condition that we stay in a premier inn. as she says she doesn't do cold, anything 1 degree below boiling point is freezing to her.lol
I'll have a go now looking up on the donnington show, and let you know.
Thanks for doing a great convincing job Chrissy, and Bob too.

First off I'd just like to say ........................

"ARISE SIR BOBBINSJOB"

You are a star, One in a Million and best of all "A STOKIE"

What a cracking day out. The best FOG yet.

Many, Many, Many thanks to all that attended and made it a special day to remember. Nice to meet such a varied array off members, there familys and there trucks . Apologies to all members I spoke to and could'nt remember there names. I think next time, names tags or badges are a must !!!

Unfortunately a few of you who wanted to be there could'nt make it due to an array of circumstances, sorry you missed such a good day.

Then on the other foot, Shame on all those that put there name downs and could'nt be bothered. :axe:

I've got a few videos if anyone knows of any photo/video hosting website that will accept files more than 5 minutes long, unlike Photobucket.

Just one thing left to says ....................

"What we doing next year IAN ????????"

well i had a GREAT WEEKEND thanks to one and all,

well done sir bobbinsjob, what a corker of a weekend,

thanks to ste and phil (aka, drift and sir doris) i will be away from the site for a few months, not going to far just past drifts to the mental home for a bit of theropy,

took me just shy of 5 hours to get home, i must have broke her on the way down on saturday, i blame drift as he said, will it make it,
well it did but just got me home, the exhurst fell apart just behind the back box, and had to keep stoping to clear my head, as i could only drive so far befor it became unberable to drive,(fumes)

will post some vids and pictures up later

was also fantastic to put names to faces
what a fantastic bunch you are, give your self a pat on the back.

next time lets do it up north (scotland direction)
flying solo, weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Hi All,
sorry for the delay in postinng with regards to the GWRA, i guess the curry on Sat night might have something to do with it    , that'll teach me to eat a curry from a campsite (Alex i should have listened to you)

Anyways heres my take on the weekend......

From the first arrival at the campsite i guessed we were in for a top weekend and i certainly wasn't disapppointed. A major thanks to Ian for all his hard work to make the whole trip a HUGE success, and too Gail for surely putting up with all the time Ian had to spend organising it. Also a huge thanks to Madchef Andy for all his hard work in the background, it's a pity he couldn't make the event as he too would have been proud of the atmosphere and excitment which he and Ian made happen.
As usual it was a weekend filled with freindly banter and light hearted micky taking.

As for Saturday nights entertainment... i'm surprised we made it to the race track at all after what we witnessed on the campsite. :P :P :P I have the event on video and when i get a chance i will post it up, if thats OK with Phil and Ste, or should that be Lee and Roo ?????

The day at the race track was truely memorable and the way Rockingham treated us was damn impressive too, the racing was good and the icing on the cake was THAT parade lap, i will probably be talking about it for weeks to everyone and anyone who will listen.

Unfortunately i was so taken in by the whole weekend that i took very few photo's... although i did get a certain video from Saturday on the campsite.

Anyways having only starting meeting up with the fellowship of FOG since the Longmynd daytrip i would like to take the opportunity to say a big thanks to each and everyone of the members who made the effort to support such a worthy event, as usual you have all made me feel very welcome and i look forward to many more meets in the future...............Starting with Holymoreside on Saturday

Take it easy and heres to many more meets in the future.

Dan
