We don't post the address in the forum, never have done bud.
Broadly speaking, Maidstone. There's a directions thread to a nearby garden centre just off M20 J7 which we use as a rendezvous point if you look on the SE main section, and we'll come and get you from there.

This is all to keep the location quiet and help reduce the risk of the site getting spoiled, and for a weekend event when there are lots of folks arriving at different times it's far easier to direct newcomers to a visible easy to find point than to have them exploring the back roads of the area.

If you can make it that's cool, we'll PM some phone numbers to ring when you've arrived :D

It's about time I paid the "woods" a visit. Looking forward to a little southern hospitality.

Ooo blimey - hey, we thought we might have another go

If anyone fancy's posing (in their car or otherwise) I'm game - it's all about learning for me, and a bit of fun along the way.

Re: Weekender In the woods...August BH weekend fri 23rd-mon

Postby Munty on Fri Aug 16, 2013 11:02 am

It WILL be the best ever, cause I will be there :D

Was gutted I missed the last one so I've been ready for this one for weeks! Hoping to come down on Friday night and quite probably stay till Monday. May leave Sunday night depending on how many others do the same and whether or not I've destroyed my back sleeping on the floor! Can help out with supplies list but as Greg already knows I'll be aiming to beg borrow or steal something to sleep on/under! Very kindly been offered a tent so guess I just need space for that (unless anyone has a free RV!) Greg I assume you know how much space the tent will need?!

Unless something terrible happens between now and then, I look forward to seeing you all in a week!

The weekender....The list....

Gregster and Sally...for the duration, with caravan and misty
Andytats & Lisa plus summer. Friday to Sunday
RatCav plus one. In the Frontera, possibly with the Bighorn and tin tent
Krusher
Bobbinsjob and Maria for the duration in the pikey van...and Maci
Stretch and wench and maybe mini stretch
Rospicer, fri and Sat
RandomRoss...for the duration...incredible small tent
Stevey2stuck
Wilberforce is looking good for the weekender...as is Kylie so he said.
Chris is the Jimny (sunday...poss saturday night as he should be celebrating his impending father status)
Chris with the duffender all weekend
Fudge...possible
Royalwelch...possible
Smith3210 in his new 2.4i...very likely as he wants to show off his new truck and sticker,
vauxsqueeks is coming in his trusty 2.2i (on a recovery truck! )
Alasdair in his shorty will be there saturday
Tim in his seriously tricked up Jeep, will hopefully be accompanying Alasdair
Kent81 will be making a long overdue return in his B on saturday
Munty in Fronty - newbie to the madness looking to come for the duration
Andyt54 is coming down in his tidy 2.2i A series
Benjyboy newbie last time in his camo'ed 2.0i might be there to
Lloyd will be down in his die-laughing, although behaving...
Lewis and his mate will be down in Lloyds old fronty...
Trugga (not driving, but with photo and possibly video camera)

Cheers, T

Good call, will just bring a sleeping bag 'n some pillows or some such!

Forgot to ask, what's the deal with leccy? I've seen lights strung up in old pics so is there a generator or something on site? Will we have something to plug chargers into and such or must we go without technology for the weekend? :oh yer:
