****IMPORTANT CHANGES TO THE WEEKENDER****

Wotcha Foggers...

Not good news I am afraid, but the Weekender as such is not going to happen this time...

Sadly, due to the number that have dropped out, we cannot afford to do a full weekender as planned, the sums just dont add up, and with the last couple of events being quiet there isnt any funds to bolster a loss, and I cant afford it as we have done in the past.

The only options being to cancel completely or to change to a Saturday only event with a sleepover friday night.

With consideration to the members that were coming down from further afield, namely Rancidrich, fudge, Ratcav and hipo, we might also do a sleep over on Sat night if you want to stay and depart first thing sunday morning instead of driving back Saturday, subject to amount of interest.

The supplies list is gonna need some reworking, and can I ask all those still attending to look at covering more of the supplies needed but with lesser quantities in view of the numbers now coming. We need to get all bases covered if poss, but with a view to 10-15 people instead of 20-25 as stated...

Please contact me ASAP if these changes to this event mean that will now not be attending, as this could be a factor in whether the entire event is cancelled.

We still will have a great time albiet as more of a picnic and pi55 up...

Thanks for your support guys n gals, see y'all very soon...

Sadly, le Wiblerforce will be absent from this one... :(
I was going to have to revise my weekend attendance down to a Saturday evening arrival ready for Sunday - doing a favour for a prospective new employer y'see...

Rob: For future reference the bolts for an a-series bashplate are M10x1.25 fine pitch x25mm long. Not something that B&Q carries, unfortunately.
