Cheers mate, did you like the credits? :D

it took me all damned night to do it and I've only just learned more.. the next edited video will be even better..

Was your camera a DV185?
Cos I found one of them on fleabay and was thinking of getting it.. between the two cameras next time we can get some top notch footage of inside AND outside stuff at the same time. ;)

There is a little bit of that out of focus video which looks like something from the Blair Witch Project, heheh.

Si

hey everyone, go rate my videos from this post, hehehe :D (shameless plugging)

What like February/March time?

I'd like to make a long weekend camping/green laning weekend.. where we can get 4 - 8 vehicles and have a great time..
Get everyone with a CB (must have, or at the least a PMR or two) and video if possible, then I'll copy all the video and compile it into something brilliant etc..

Any thoughts/suggestions welcome..

I can plan a route through most of North and East Hampshire that would fill in two full days of laning, which would be great fun. I would also arrange a local camping ground to take us all...

Cool mate, I'll deffo have to grab one on payday.. looks the ticket.

Where did you get your tripod from?
I've been looking at the suction mounts for vid cameras, bloody expensive mate.. £90!!
There has to be a different way!

Anyway, reckon if I get one of these before the next laning day we'll get some great video.. Adam has agreed to be my camera man (and he'll go running).

I'm going to grab a 2 GIG SD card for it as well, so we should be able to film for the whole day.

What sort of batteries do you use? Just rechargable AA's?

That's what I was thinking of doing... but the camera might be a tad heavy for that..
but it's worth looking into.

Yeah, 2 gig card is just nice.. I've got several 1 gig and a 500 as well as a 64 or something, hehehe, too many to poke a stick at, but the 2 gig will be just for the camera, and if it's full then start on 1 gig cards.

Unfortunately my tomtom has died on me now and won't work at all for some reason, won't even load up (on my old xda II phone) and I've go to work out why it won't install onto my xda mini S. (Cos it's got a bluetooth satellite receiver which will be more gucci).

Anywhooo.

Hi Rob,

Was just wondering if you'd like to come and play in our next Hampshire Green Laning day?

Hi Simon,

Yeah, love to, not done any green laning yet and would like to give it ago. Let me know when and where & I'll be there, as long as I'm free.....and the missis lets me

BTW, gave my FRONTY a bath today after the weekend. Was washing underneath and found this wedged above the propshaft...
