Hi new member from sheffield. I have a frontera 2.2 dti 53 reg. Flame red at moment bur come june it will be satin volcano grey. Iam getting bloodred +2 inch springs fitted this weekend. Then maybe a 2" bodylift aswell. Also looking into having a winch bumper made and a steel rear bumper to match in a few months time would be good to meet with others some time

Hi buddy, welcome from bristol. if your thinking of putting new Coil Spring's on your truck, have a look at viewtopic.php?f=26&t=36435 very good springs and so is the price. Mark also dose nice Rough Country shocks.  anway have fun on the forums, loads of info on fog to keep you going for hrs.
