Robert and Dragonriders Travel

Postby Bad Dragon on Wed Feb 26, 2014 1:09 am

Hello folks,

My name is Robert. I do live in the Netherlands and of course I do have a Frontera. But not only a Frontera, I do have a VW T3 semi Syncro, and a Buggy.
With all these vehicles I love to do traveling and Greenlaning.

Anyway, I started the Frontera this way
Image
Then I did somthing which provided it with its name. The Flying Dutchman.
Image
Then it was time to do some work on it. And this continued untill today.
Image
Image
Image
Then it was time to have a newer engine.
Image
Next step was creating a roof rack for it
Image
And reshape the front
Image
And at last I did build myself a winch on it.

So, that is how it does look like these days. And as I said on FB, I would go to this place and introduce myself.

What is Dragonriders Travel. Well, it is simple our friends and us, who do some travel, some laning and more all together.
We do organize several events in the Netherlands. Weekendtrips with some laning. (different here in the Netherlands) and some trips abroad.
Belgium, Germany, France, Wales and going on holidays to for an example, Spain, Rumania, in the future Morrocco, Scandinavia, Albany and more.
You can find our info here

Well, that is it for the moment. Hope you like the intro and in time I will put some pictures up from all the rebuilds and updates.

And i will write some info about our events. You are welcome to join us during such events.

Regards,

Robert

Welkom bij het forum stuurman, mooie machine. Van belang welk deel van Nederland bent u werkzaam?
This posting may have been helpfull, on the other hand probably not... Either way, I may have had drink when posting it in which case it's probably not as helpfull as it could have been

Work safe, and remember all technical problems can be resolved with a hammer, the trick is knowing where to hit it and how big a hammer to use (I often find it may also help to have a spare bit in the shed to replace the bit you have just mullered ;) )

Work in Progress (or not as the case may be) I give you.... 'O-no' the truck.

Comments on 'O-no' the truck may be left here
