There is an organised event being held at Langdale on the 14th April, starts at 5pm.
Andy has kindly let us have use of the whole site from 5pm to midnight, forestry commision are also allowing the use of the access roads in and around the site.
Costs are
X Pass holders = £5
Non X Pass Holders = £35
there are no closed routes so if you want to do the easy (Green) route just go do it, or if you want to do the Extreme (black) route, same applies, this will obviously be done in the dark so safety is a must, ALL vehicles MUST have a working CB, (they are for hire at LQ) High Vis coats are recomended, and lights must be working.

Anyone wishing to attend please contact me.

The Dalby forest drive is open to all vehicles, even off roaders, i rang them to clarify this, but no motor vehicle is permited on the verges or picnic areas, you have to pay the £5 toll, unless you know a way round it... not sure on the timber route, we usually do our own thing and not follow the set route. are you wanting your name down?

I did the forrest drive when i went to Langdale, but did a different route coming back, and as for a night run, it sounds awesome. been there during day,and did one of the easier routes, for my first venture off road, and wanted to go back again. might be up for this if im not working. Will keep an eye on this thread.
