hospitals !!!!!!!!!!!!

Postby dave nohair on Mon Aug 13, 2007 7:46 pm

If we start around the southern parts of the lake district the Blackpool victoria Hospital is not too far of (food not so good at weekends....) or preston royal ( food again not great at the weekend.....) but as we head north carlisle becomes closer and has a better reputation!!!! (foods so so and might be better to take a packed lunch as required....)
spent too much time in each one over the years!!!!!!!!!
and if my legs play up i will be the first in casualty............so don't worry to much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

helicopter.....

Postby dave nohair on Mon Aug 13, 2007 10:20 pm

Don't have a problem donating 'parts' to those more neady.......but I would like (on the day of my air rescue trip...) the tools from my car including the 24"boltcutters, sledge hammer, pike, shovel, post knocker, stunt kit(in case I get bored)truemeter, hi vis jakets x2, all the dewalt stuff(If I sold the lot I could buy a much newer car, dare I say an almost same year landrover ....sorry I swore!!!)4x boxes of latex gloves, 6x toilet rolls(as supplied by Kwales industerial supplies, Horwich..)and the wheel cover(see previous messages.)
do you think they would fit in thr helicopter????? Ken may have to stand on the skids outside and hang on.......don't worry about the down draft making a mess of what little hair he has left after living for quite a few years with 3 ladies.................................
I feel the pain killers kicking in so as a distant past tv childrens program character used to say " time for bed " say Zeberdee, "time for bed"..........
