Well I made it back home.... Ste's friend certainly knows how to braze. Will get a new bolt ordered tomorrow. She got quite hot on the way home upto 3/4 mark but hopefully that was just the filth blocking the rad, and a couple of load noises kept coming and going...
Hope I not done lots of damage as I've got to tow the caravan to Abersoch on thursday. Ive just been frantically cleaning the underside in prep for her MOT tomorrow.... Patience is a Virtue engineered by a Frontera...
Well what a cracking day that was, and Ive burnt my head, coz Ive now got my summer cut
It was great to meet everyone as it always is Me and Tim and Tony and family in a disco got there at warp speed,(cheers Tim ) Ok straight into the action Now bear in mind the quarry was very very dry, but not dry enough Ian doing the deep bit of the lake for the second time, now problem first time, BUT Then it got deeper And Ian lost traction under the water, so had to reverse Vid Resulting in this exciting little moment Vid Now Tim nearly ripped his front wing off with his mud gaurd so he promptly fond a 10 mill socket and whiped them off Bit it never ended there for poor old Tim, going over a rocky sectiom Tim Me and Rob, we all seemed to hit the same rock, unfortunatly it hit Tim's torsion bar bolt and sheared it right off So with on mm between tyre and wing he went to our friendly super Admins Steve1 who in a cape and underpants on the outside came to the rescue. Tim ended up going to Steve's where they got the head of the bolt welded back on as an emergancy get home. Steve and Tim And for Carl It didnt end there either Rob who was doing quite well unless he was stuck had a great time, youve seen his damage but here is his fall Yes he fell down the ditch pmsl And he was rescued by a female in a landrover which was bad enought but the recovery too 20 minutes because Rob lost his immobiliser My only damage was a sticking oil pressure switch that fixed when I squirted water onto it Oh and I didnt get stuck but pulled Ian's mates landy out Random pics Ste
