So that doesn`t make it a FOG event then??? SO if Mods or admin don`t organize things then its not a FOG meet/ get together/ pay n play day? Pity really because number ONE member turned up at the annual meet this year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So who organised it for the last two years and with the blessing in the first year of the owner who was then Joe Paradas!!! Whats your views on this Pete(site owner)?

I`m not sure if you`re aware Steve, but there has never been input from Mods/ admin for the annual meet, but I recall Pete Ryder being offered to attend the 2006 and 2007 meet to hand out the Trophies

the plan is to develop area meets then when that is established to organise something larger.

Each area will eventually have an area rep we also have this team co ordinated by a area rep co ordinator.

when the areas have regular meets we will then pursue a national meet

as with any group there are plenty of things going on you only have to look at the area meets

I agree with that completely, thats the way the club should go in future so it gets stronger and stronger.
The FOG annual meet was started a few years back when although the club had a lot of members it was a little lacking on the social side, nothing much going on, so a group of FOG members decided on the idea of a annual getogether, and site owner was notified of this. This event was a success and was thus carried on, the current members who organised it in the past will no doubt let a Mod/Admin take over the mantel and organise it.
It would be a pity to loose this type of event.
As for tropphies etc, Gary and myself have purchased these along with medals etc for the past 3 years and have donated these to the event for FOG members.

is there a list of co ordinaters/ area reps
where have i been for the last 3 meets
who co ordinates for the north west? it seems to me that more events need organising, do the reps and co ordinaters have much time to organise events meets etc, as we all have commitments/family but some more /some less than others, i think wot im trying to say, these people need to think about wot they have taken on and can they deliver, is this just a chat room or is it a group/team who can meet, make new friends, drive lanes together wether you have driven 100 or 0, pay and play i could go on forever
please remember every body has there own opinion, good or bad, let them be heard
