By no means if you attempt the walk that anyone feels they have to complete it, you could get as far as you are comfortable with and turn around, but preferably not alone for safety reasons, they countryside around that area is stunning so the wait for the others will be pleasant.

Put me down for this it will be 15yrs to the month since i last climbed snowdon always used to take the Pyg Trail up alongside the old copper/iron works and the quarry thats now a lake some of the shell of the old buildings still exist but it will be nice to do a route i haven't done b4 will be just me but i have karen's full support

I was up there the other weekend on the pyg track, the conditions were atrocious. We were about ten minutes from the top and had to turn around, will get some photos up. Would be up for going again, especially along a diffrent route.
