This is a well hidden Green Lane.
Coming from the Rookery Lane end you're on a Tarmac Road that has a Dead End Sign Displayed (Only this end has the Dead End Sign!!)
When you reach the end of the Road all you see is the Twin Tracks of a Dirt Lane.
Be Advised the Branches are low! They were hitting the roof of my Fronty!

The general condition of the Lane is very good! It's not ripped up and has good clearance all the way down.
I stayed at about 10MPH all the way down and it was quite a smooth ride.

The Ford itself is only 2 - 3 Car lengths long and 4 - 6 inches deep at the moment but the Base is Gravel and very solid. (I'll go again after we've had some rain)

There are Depth Markers upto 6 Foot High approaching the Ford and they're over 5 Meters away from the Ford itself so it does have good potential to get deep.

Avoid the Lane after Extremely Heavy Rain as there's nowhere to turn around once you're on the Lane itself.

Most of the Surrounding Roads have Warning Triangle Signs saying "If Road Flooded To This Point DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CONTINUE" .... That's a Warning to heed as at one point where we saw a Triangle the Road went a further 6 - 8 Foot downhill!!

A very nice Drive there through nearby Henly-in-Arden and plenty of Areas/Pubs around to Stop if you wanted to.
