Now I just need someone to show me how to put mm tracker or viewfinder on the tablet and I can lead as my phone mount broke on the last outing. Unless rob lends me his notebook and mount again lol

This posting may have been helpfull, on the other hand probably not... Either way, I may have had drink when posting it in which case it's probably not as helpfull as it could have been

Work safe, and remember all technical problems can be resolved with a hammer, the trick is knowing where to hit it and how big a hammer to use (I often find it may also help to have a spare bit in the shed to replace the bit you have just mullered ;) )

Work in Progress (or not as the case may be) I give you.... 'O-no' the truck.

I'm sure that if we can get 2 leaders with the tech then we can run ten places max and leave 15 minutes between groups.

The route I've done is quite long so to get it all in and to get to the pub for lunch i would say we need to be setting off from the start point at 9am. Is everyone ok with that. The total route is 170km or 108 miles in old money

We may have to meet up with you on route unless I can change my weekend off, will have to check today, hopefully it won't be a problem (I'm normally finished by half 9 so we shouldn't be too far behind you)

Right I just got a text from Andy and they can make the early start so shall we say meet at Junction 8 services on m11 845 for 9am departure for the first group 915 for the second.

Please bear in mind that 90% of the lanes on this route have not been recce'd this year and along with the amount of rain we have had lately i would advise nothing less than decent A/T's.
The route also includes violets lane for those brave enough but there is a road to bypass it. In all honesty I can't see it being passable by anyone without a snorkel but no harm in looking as it's on the way
