No one is saying you did anything wrong Ste, and I am sure you were careful...but I think the point the fella in with the disco might have been trying to make is that if the ground is soft then a mud tyre will do damage by its very nature. Granted there were ruts already there, but if the ground is soft a mud tyre sinks in, and then the tread blocks drag the car along...they need to sink in to work, thats one of the reasons that muds are not so good on the road. Noone would part their truck on muds on their lawn at the moment because of the mess they would make for that very reason.
People are passionate about their byways, and the number of them that get closed every year, and there are some idiots who relish getting as muddy as poss, driving repeatedly through the same sticky bit of byway until its wrecked.
Check out the index thread below where pics/reviews from all our past meets can be found!!!!

Looks like I'm in trouble with the Mrs's again...
She asked me what I'd most like to do to her body...
Apparently "Identify it" is not the correct answer!

I think the points made are fair and I know you ain't having a dig Greg. But just for the record, after i did manage to get out of the trees (by taking the talent out of the glove box and replacing it with my brains lol) it was decided that any further traffic on that particular lane could cause damage to both the lane and the rest of the trucks so everyone reversed back down the lane and met me at the other end.

we all had a good day I think we can all agree on that, :D we will always have people that enjoy posting such negative comments, I just wish they would do so on their own forums, TKORC also have a facebook app, and you really do get some idiots posting on there, I have reported on several occasions to david king the forum owner / moderator, and they get kicked off, these are the sort of morons that we seriously don't want on our lanes/ byways/ and even roads.

end of the day we all have the same thing in common and for the most part want the same things from green laning etc.
