Conquering Hero TRO until Spring at the earliest

Adrian Walls, Denbighshire County Council wrote:
The Highways Unit who are responsible for the maintenance of this Unclassified Road, not the Public Rights of Way Unit, have become concerned at a number of areas of structural damage to the road. These require repair and until they are completed any further use of the road by vehicles will not only lead to further damage of the road, increasing the cost of any repair, but it may impact on the safety of users and their vehicles. Since current funding to maintain roads is limited and fully committed in current road repair programme, the Council is unable to attend to the very costly repair that is required immediately and so has had no choice but to put in place a temporary prohibition on vehicular traffic until the road is fixed. Because of the nature of winter weather and financial budgets works to re-open the road may be unlikely to result in the way reopening until at the earliest next spring.

I hope this answers you enquiry. I am asking those responsible for providing the Sign to make sure the legal notices, that should have been put alongside this notice explaining the purpose of the sign, are in place.

Thank you for taking the time to contact the Council with your query

Yours Faithfully
