Matt,
Can I remind you of the PM I sent you a few weeks ago.
I have a route all planned out for Ely, but I wanted to include your Thetford route. :?

TBH I think the best weekend would be after the weekender (maybe 9th September) and subject to the weather as a lot of the better lanes around Ely will currently be VERY wet and IMO should be left to dry out a bit to avoid damage or the need for waders

Personally I can't do anything now until 18th August (which is just before the weekender).

Fudge

Robfog and I have a 44 mile long route suitable for beginners in North Nofolk.

The report says its good for road tyres, and suitable in all weathers. It should take us about 3 hours without stops, and goes through some villages I believe, where we could stop for a pub lunch.

Only reason I say it is it gives chance for some of the East Anglian lot (or anyone else ... say East Midlands) who have un-modified trucks to enjoy some of our fun.

Yes there is a ford on route as well :D

Just an idea.
