Request for firewood reminder
As most of the dead wood on the site will most likely have been used up by now, can we all bring a small amount of wood with us for the camp fire.
I am going to buy a couple of bags from one of the petrol stations en route, due to being incapacitated and not able to use my chopper
I think Alex is also going down that track regarding the wood.
Thanx in advance to Boxcleva, who has felled all the telegraph pole in his street.

Is there anything else specifically required? Appart from plenty of booze, booze and more booze :D

Whats the plan friday night? Are people having a BBQ? Or going Pub? Is there still a bit of night laning planned for the Friday?

I have some spare fold away seats, table and other gadgets useful for camping if anyone is short and would like to borrow? If anyone needs something specific ill have a look and see if I have anything spare.

I will be bringing a small amout of tools, ropes, shackles and waffle boards, although I am sure they wont be required.

Night laning is on and looking to leave the site for around 20.00, and should be back for around 2200.
Friday nights meal is usually a diy job on site or there are take aways in Mach.

Right, got the shopping done, got 2 bags of wood as well and filled with shells finest, Computer sais I have a range of 378 miles  Hopefully that will go up as I get on the motorway.

Do I need to bring cooking utensils (pots, pans, kettle etc)? or does someone attending have that sorted?

Also could someone please remind me where and when the SE convoy is meeting? Sorry, don't have any time to scour the thread :) as back to work for the night.

Soooo close now

In the past, each members has been pretty self sufficient in the cooking department, so it would probably be best to bring your own (unless you've made sharing arrangements).

That said, once my steak is done, you're welcome to use what's left of my bbq

Here's the convoy thread.

Just noticed it was in a different thread :oh yer:

So I'm going to bring the BBQ grid and other bits then, is this camp fire going to be on the ground or in a barrel or something?

Youll need something to cook on and make yourself hot drinks with, or are you surviving on pop, crisps and sarnies, as Ive seen done before
As Trugga stated, the idea is to be self sufficient
