I have pinched this from a post off Difflock, as I thought we all should see what we are up against, it also shows the importance of knowing the legality of the lanes your driving.

Nice one Ste.

Thankfully, the only people that we encountered the other week, when out with Larence, were polite and friendly.

There are always a minority that spoil it for the rest of us, tho.

Ah been there done that! I can relate to meeting people like that. Thing that gets me is that there so adamant there in the right as your the one with the motorveichle so you must be in the wrong.

apparently by law i am sure i will be corrected if wrong but if any of those vehicles (motorised) as they were at the end of the film at a stand still and he rode his mountain into them the motorised vehicle owner/s is responsible for the accident

Me and a few friends used to do a lot of mountain biking, We found the people on motorbikes and in 4x4 to be absolutely fine, It was the walkers that where the real problem, One even treid to put a walking stick through my friends front wheel! (im sure thats not legal).

This is also the reason im looking carefully before going off road, to avoid going on land where im not allowed...

That bloke was an ass, If he didnt like the noise why not just let the bikes pass and go away instead of all that holier than thou crap. Not all mountain bikers are like that, Most of us are cool.
It doesnt work now less than it didnt work before.
