Having drowned my frontera a few weeks ago I was unsure I'd ever being doing this again but as it turns out a couple of quid and it was up and running again. So in celebration of this I've fitted the winch bumper, painted the wheels black and serviced the engine.

That's not the point of the post though, as trip to Avon Dassett was, so here's the pics of the truck and the site, enjoy

finally, a disco driver rolled his car into the soup (thick), bad enough but his window was open and everything flew out when he rolled, so not only was his car lined with mud the poor guy was searching through the mud for his satnav and phone plus other odds n sods

It was a great day out and for a change we didn't manage to break either Isuzu (trooper, frontera) but as ever one of the trio of cars did suffer but for a change it was the defender.

I'd say the course was suitable for all levels and you just may surprise yourself. Go on you know you want to.

Go when its wet. The wetter the better. Go when its dry and its a truck killer. My MOT guy has a heavierly modded green oval and is up there whenever its open, he says the same, wet = ok, dry = truck killer.

There are some easy sections, and some more diffulcult ones.

Here's a thread from when myself, damrabbit and colley went.
