Upholland, is that where the road sort of goes to know where ? been and looked, deffo private and illegal.

Rivington has one lane leading up to the tower, it used to be quite a nice run but was repaired and went Fiesta friendly, though I believe its getting a bit more interesting now, there is a lot of off-piste activity there and this is in the process of being dealt with by the local police.

that's the one ste, there is a lad round here who used to have a 03 plate range rrrrrr, sorry just can not type that word, until he went to play on that site, a car followed him home and called the police with video footage, he has never seen that car again,

the track at the side of rivi looks ok , doesn't look to hard though. theres a group of 4x4 people called mud muppets using land around the leigh area but don't know if its a legal site

Make sure anywhere you use that you have the land owners permission or as Andy said you could get a section 59, with a section 59 you do not need to be issued a ticket on the spot a registration number supplied by a member of the public can suffice, this is one section of the law where you have to prove innocence rather than them prove you guilty.
