first time...

Well today was the first time I've actually managed to take my Fronty for a bit of 4wding in a more serious manner than the slight play I had on a day out in a Forestry site.

Today I took it along with the Wessex Hillrunners to a pay & play site. Had a WONDERFUL time..

Unfortunately the local GLASS rep managed to then break my fourbie when he had a go.. but he DID SAY that he was incredibly impressed with the Frontera and how nice it was to drive around. He also liked how wide it felt and surefooted...

Unfortunate damage was to the side step only. I've got to straighten the bracket and reattach the side step, but Patrick did say he'd give me a hand. :D

Good day out though I arrived with only about 2 hours to play (I was busy all morning and so arrived really late).

The Fronty is suitably dirty and muddy.. I realised that I really enjoy the mud playing. Perhaps I'm going to have to play around on Muddy Frontera's website as well. ;)

How about sharing your first 4wd experience with your Frontera (when you first took it out, no matter how many you've owned).

Ahhh, see I don't look in the Mids area of the forum as it's a bit far from my being South/South East.. :D
It's a Hampshire thing.

Anyway, overall I had a good day! I'll take a pic of my vehicle being all muddy and nasty later on. I think my camera is in Southampton at the moment. So I'll take a pic and post it up next weekend when I'm home.
