I feel a repeat booking coming on, this time with a few more motors fielded.

Sound mate, would never leave someone stranded, I've done many a field repair in that forest I can tell you!

I must admit Ive never seen a shocker dessimated as much as that one was  HD Sping retainers on the bottom & strong jubille clips on the spring seat will stop it happening again if cones aren't wanted :D
Prick me, do I not bleed green?

I own a Landy Alex, you get used to using a sledge hammer to crack a nut  Its often a case of making use of whats in the back of the truck to get by isnt it   Did you see everyones faces tho when the machete came out

p.s. I do carry proper tools as well but theyre not as much fun

Well troops, some good write ups ther.
Glad that all the reports were of a possy nature regarding the day oot.
Havin done it many many time before all the prep and planning came to fruit when at the end the 'GAP' in the finishing time was used up as one Fronty Landy limped home and was duly fixed in the sand pit.

All in all a great day oot and I for one look forward to meeting you all again.

Its good to involve the family, front passengers and wee Jessicas smile was ace at the end of the day.
(she told me off when I asked if her dolly helped her, I was duly told that she was sleeping)
Silly me

Have a word amongst yerselves and if you want a return in the dryer weather then let me know.
Remember, I am booked up for months ahead so think ahead please.

Great to have been able to put some faces to names also.

Cool troops.
As mentioned on Saturday I have started a new BOFA4x4 forum so that anyone attending an event can share their experiances.
The doors are now open.
