Re: Frontera Group in NottinghamshireHi Guys
I know I repeat myself but thank again for all your feedback. All those suggestions should give us plenty of option for an eventful year . I also located very nice pub called Old Moore Lodge, which is literarily 2min from Junction 26 of the M1, directly on the A6002 - see link attached: http://www.brewersfayre.co.uk/restaurants/details/?id=3494 In fact the map is slightly out, as you actually drive pass it and then just turn left onto the Estate. Anyway, I'd like to make a proposal, whilst we are all still very excited about it - What do you guys think about our 1st Get Together to be held at the above location on Saturday 30-01-2010, lets say 3 or 4pm in the afternoon :?: This way, there is not rushing around on Friday after work, it also gives you time to sort out a few things on Saturday morning and you're back home for the evening and Sunday to rest and spend with your Families or Fronties If this is ok for you, please put your name(s) down here:
Re: Frontera Group in NottinghamshireAfter all the exitment............ unfortunatly... i am at work ( who'd work in retail) if the date is flexable i could do sun feb 7th if not ill will be at the next.
What would be the plan? check out each other rides then some food and a pint? Simon
Re: Frontera Group in NottinghamshireSuppose whichever date we are going to choose, we won’t be able to accommodate everybody at all times. Having said this, it's a shame that you can't make it . Maybe you could swap with someone at work - just an idea.
With regards to what’s happening - something along those lines you mentioned. I'll have a chat with the guys from existing groups. First of all, it would be nice to get to know the more locally situated Fronty Fans, then I'm sure that there is lots to talk about and experiences to be exchanged, well and then there are probably a few ideas about upcoming events too. paul01 Nottingham
Re: Frontera Group in Nottinghamshiresounds good to me as this falls nicely with my shifts so count me in
