Hi TC - are you on muddies? If not I'm willing to come over for a laugh :D
It's a hell of site, and this extra rain will make the lagoon...interesting!

Burton Dasset has no 4x4 course, and the council (and me!) take a very dim view of people whom use it as such!

tis ok mate, I didn't think you would. It's only one of the moderators who thinks it's ok to off-road in picnic sites!

I have a tow strap, so we should be ok :D

Ok thanks andy, be good to know there will be someone there to pull me out when (not if!) i become stuck.

I know which moderator uses burton as his 4x4 track! Are you a member of the slope soaring club up there?

Not a proper member (http://www.smsa.co.uk) but I fly all of their sites :) Burton Dassett is ok, but my fave is Edge Hill, only about 4 miles from Burton.

I will have to check with the boss if I'm allowed to come and play, but so far its a yes from me :D

Dunno if you've seen it, but I have some piccies from the last time I went a couple of months ago in my gallery :

Whats PMR stand for? Im afraid I havent andy.

Theres a car like mine in your photos apart from it looks like hes got bigger tyres on.

Well im all up for getting stuck this weekend, i guess with all the rain its gonna be a bit boggy. That disco that rolled over doesnt look to good, think ill be keeping away from that slope.

Its ok TC i got a spare we can talk to each other on :) will get the batteries charging tonight.

That rev B is "cocothechefs" - its a really really nice motor with a 2 inch lift and monster muddies (33's I believe). He was at the last Aston Cantlow meet too - nice bloke, nice motor :D

We haven't got a lift between us either, so some hilarity may ensue I think when we both get stuck and have to call upon Skip Rovers to fetch us out!
