Please please please don't go "playing" on green lanes - if you want to play, go to a Pay & Play site.

Have a read through the Announcements and Stickies here

Not in our area I'm afraid. Its a bit scarce on legal lanes.

We have a few events in the pipe, Fuddy's birthday 20th Jan, Bofa on the Cannock chase is the 12th I think (both in this forum) Theres always a chance of a bit of laning up in hte peakes like todays bash so keep an eye in here and get your name down on an event and the members will look after you.

If you want me to have a quick once over the truck before you go off road let me know, i'm Burntwood as are a few members.

p.s. welcome to the community.

Get yourself down to my Birthday Bash at Farley Quarry.

There will be around 15 frontera's there, all with different levels of modifications and drivers with different levels of experience.

So if it's your first time, it's a good place to be.

Hope to see you there.

If you need anymore information, please feel free to PM me.

I might just pop along to Farley (as I live local)

I won't be doing the useual "playing" as I'll be still nursing a newly run in engine, but I won't mind sitting in your passenger seat and sharing whatever experience you can get out of me (Coffee is a good lubricant  )

never look at a cup of coffee the same again

Dunae worry about farley, come park up and watch a while, when your ready follow one of us around and easy bit.
Trugga (Lawrence) would be a very able passenger to give you some tuition, we can run you through basics on failed hill climb recovery and some hints on looking after the motor.

If you want to pop down the Spreadeagle this weekend we can help reasure you.

Heales listen and learn. My first off road venture was with Trugga and friends doing corwen and the wayfairers way i had no experiance, and a standard lwb. With Truggas advice and help i was fine and so was my frontera. My first p@p was the stainby weekend were Alex and niftywolfe took me under there wing and soon showed me just how good our fronteras are off road ,even in standard form. Just take your time and you will be fine. The advice you get on here is second to none and everybody were newbies in the biggining
