MIDLANDS CHRISTMAS RAVE UP

Postby FUDDY MUCKER on Fri Nov 23, 2007 1:22 am

Having had a converstion with Alex tonight, the idea of a Midlands Christmas Bash came up. A pint and a meal just before Christmas.

So here it is :

DATE : SUNDAY 23rd DECEMBER

VENUE : SPREAD EAGLE PUB, JUNCTION 12, M6

TIME : 6.30 PM

Wives, Girlfriends and Children all welcome

If interested, please put you names down and indicate if you will be eating or not and how many in your party, before November 30th so I can ring the pub and reserve the appropiate number of tables.

Rather a slow reponse for this, from the usually eager Midlands Members.

Not like you lot to turn down the excuse for a Pint. :drink:

Don't forget, you don't have to eat. Just turn up, enjoy a pint and have the usual chat, fun, and banter of our usual Midlands Monthly Meets.

Just add you name to the list, so I can guarentee a large enough table/s

Anymore, for anymore on this one.

I'll keep it open till Sunday 6pm before I provisionally book the table/s

Even after Sunday, if you want to come along theres no problems, I'm sure we can squeeze you in some where.

Right folks, The tables are booked.

If anyone decides they want to turn up on the night then if possible give me 24 hours notice to contact the pub and add extra places to the group.

Looking forward to a good one. Frontera's, Friends, Food & Beer....

Does it get any better ?

Excellent gathering. A bite to eat, a few beers and plenty of banter & laughs.

Me and MRS MUCKER (:grumpy:) enjoyed it.

Also quite funny to find that a certain Member, who shall remain nameless.... (TRUGGA    ), turned up at the Spread Eagle at 4.30pm instead of 6.30pm and could'nt understand where everyone was. :? :? :?

Hope everyone has a good Christmas and the Fuddy Family look forward to seeing you all in the New Year.

Have a Good Un ..... :drink:
