Right guys and girls, here is the guff for the meeting.

Please be at the meeting point, Stirling motorway services, for 09.00hrs.
We will be departing for the site at 09.30hrs sharp.
We need to be sited by 10.00hrs.
This route will be busy as most other exhibitors will be doing the same.

Please make sure you have your pass on the drivers side of your windscreen so the marshal on the entrance gate can spy it easily.
Bring your own food and drink, but Dave will be bringing his small BBQ in case anyone wishes to cook meat etc.
The usual BBQ and feast set-up isnt happening this year unfortunately.

Please make sure you keep the park in a tidy condition, as it is a public park on a normal day.
Do not dig up the grass with your tyres either.

I will have the 2 FOG banners as usual so people know who we are.
Hopefully the weather will be kind to us again this year, but if not, its the good company that makes the day.
This is a first for my partner, so I 'm hoping she likes it, as I hope you all do.
It will be great to see you all again, and the newcomers too.

CB channel for the day will be 25, if it is being used then 27.
We are looking for 2 gazebos for the day also please. Thanks.

You should be getting your passes in the post very soon. Have a great day.
Keith.
Regards, Keith.

Keith, I should be bringing the gazebo with me - unlikely I will have a cb. At the moment I will be in convoy with a participating Capri owner who I believe may have a cb - I will try and explain to him that he won't need it but I will!

Dave, don't tempt fate with my Fronty making smoke signals - if you see a big plume of smoke rising in the west then you will know it ain't good!

No smoke means there's a chance all is going to plan.

It's the Pre '67 Ford Clubs event with an invite extended to other groups. Being held at Bridge of Allan Showground.
Applications to be made to Pre '67 Ford rep, details are on their site. Don't know if you would be too late to be included in the FOG stand - best consult Keith (Rifleman) for details if interested.
