Regarding the comments awaiting the passes etc., the event application includes the following mention that instructions, info and passes will be issued 7 days prior to event. So should be getting envelopes maybe from end of net week.

Right lads, now I have informed Keith I must let you know that due to unforeseen circumstances I cannot attend on the 3 July.
Was really, really looking forward to meeting you all, but hey, will try for one of the mini meets.
If there is anyone out there that didn't get registered and wants to go, I will forward my registration to Keith as soon as it arrives, and he can hand it to you when they meet prior to driving to the show.
Just make sure you take and post pictures of the show, good luck and have a brill day.

Dont panic Ken, no-ones cheques get cashed until the passes are sent out mate.
Also I think your pass will have your car details on it, so wont be transferable.
