We drive up dukes path till we take the turn off at queen elizabeth forest drive and thats us on the road. Here is the google map link for the forest drive

I reckon we should all meet in Aberfoyle at the tourist info carpark back of the forth inn pub. Then hit dukes path

Bugger, i've just been put on standby to go offshore so i could be away anytime from tomorrow onwards. Just have to wait for the call from the rig now :(

i know it was posted on scotvoc by domino :) . The purpose of the forest drive was so the members that live or visting scotland could meet in person an kick off the scottish events with something simple an cheap that all could do i expected a few cancelations or people unable to attend things happen . I took on the challenge of the first one a bit haphazard i think the saying is with the purpose of getting to know each other changing venue now would be to complicated to orginise at short notice as not every one is online at same time im not sure excatly how many are even going to attend this meet if any.
A week after i posted a meet date i found out about the crial event i go to vauxhall meets monthly the crail event may be of intrest to others though so may be worth starting a thread but parking will be hard from what i read on scotvoc we may all be scatterd about the place an we do not all know each other so what would be the point. The meet is this weekend an i may be the only frontera there as it is

I was going to come but if you want to cancel it then no worries mate. I was originally going wild camping this weekend so I can do that instead.

Let me know what you decide.

Hope y'all have fun tomorra, I'll be up at the Cairn O Mount providing the breakdown service for a bunch of classic bikes/ers. They seem to think just cos I've got a 4x4 I'm going to be content to lug a bike trailer round the mountains all day for em! Still, I'm actually looking forward to a good drive in the truck, just wish the fuel gauge would work :?: :?:

So if you're on your way up or down to the Dukes Pass via the Cairn (not likely, I know!) look for the big green Fronty :P
