sat and sund are best for me, + the fronty is broken again, this time due to clutch problem doh,

lol sods law.

mine has gone as well but with a bit of brut force i can get it in to gear.

just ordered a master cylinder kit to replace the springs in mine as the piston wont return all the way and thus when the pedal is compressed its only using 1/2 the piston travel, only cost £26 as well where as a new master cylinder cost over £300 in vx :shock:.

what problems u got with yours?

Haven't gotten around to visiting the site yet, but we will eventually :D

If we do arrange a meet i think it will be later in the year as there is a lot going on between now and June :wink:

for a reccy.


Problem with it is i can only get pressure at the bottom end of the pedal.

Changed the master cylinder and slave, took these of a scrap diesel and were working on there, Doing my head in


Maybe if u do come down u could have a look.

Not wanting to state the obvious, but have you bled it correctly ?

there are a few scrappers in bishops in clydach, swansea. if your stuck, ill happily take you down to get parts.

or, i have a mechanic i use in llanelli who is very good

had the parts from bishops.

Spent hours bleeding it, still no joy. When i get five mins ill have a look as its down my mates farm where the 4x4 tracks are

hey, im free tomorrow and wed but working thurs-saterday then off Sunday

as for your clutch it sounds the same as mine before i welded my firewall. take a look at

also check to see if you have a hydrolic damper valve just after the master cylinder. if you do bleed it there first then from slave.

i can take a look some time if i get a chance.
