Been offered a frontera.

Hi all I currently drive an 06 vauxhall astra diesel. But I've wanted something slightly larger for carrying kayaks etc. I've been offered a trade for a 03 frontera 2.2 sport diesel 3 door with 90k on the clock. Good body work and has just had a inspection from garage saying looks ok. I'm wondering how much this would be worth as mine is about 2500. Is this a good swap or could I possibly be giving up my good car for a potential nacker lol. Also what should I look out for with this model?

Sorry for all the questions I'm just worried as I have. Baby in the way and don't want extra expenditure that I can't afford.
