Suspect some camera tilting there...they dont seem to squat much at the rear end which would be normal when climbing something as steep as that appears.

Changing a wheel on the go

Wouldn't suggest trying this on the road without a bit of practice first.

Dunno quite how they did this, unless the fitted fiddle brakes on the back for the stunt...

Thing is, if the TLC had an open rear diff it would grind to a halt with an open rear diff as the drive would take the path of least resistance...
if it had a locker the wheel they were trying to change would be going around...
same with an lsd in the back end...

must be fiddle braked so he kinda pops it onto 2 wheels and then locks off the rear wheel thats in the air...or they have locked the diff and pulled one half shaft.

Sorry for being an anorak...these things intrigue me...

I thought that they used Torsen diffs?.....they supply all the power to the wheel with the most grip.....and all done with gears and not a clutch in sight, fiendishly clever and expensive, but to the sand boys mere pocket money!
I'm an anorak too and I've wondered how they did it.
