Frontera RS Sport 2.2dti.....with diff locks?......43k miles @ £4995 ono Wife rang him up, sounds desperate to sell, he's had for 14 months, got 3 cars and wants out......so probably £4000-£4500 Think this is ott? On another note, same paper, 98 2.0 sport with 40k, lady owner (yeah ok!) £3250....but I think thats way too much! What have I told you about Thinking Erroll??
Start at 3,300 and see what he says..
But try it all out on and off road first to check everything. Sounds good though, well worth checking it out. Si www.4x4search.org - your 4x4 search engine. 100% human submitted and edited!

3k was a good offer to open with, he should have haggled with you.
More than likely the guy may be looking for the full retail price because it still has finance ti settle on it. So what ever you do, do an HPI check on it before buying. http://www.crag-uk.org" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

We are looking to replace our second car with a diesel sport, so we have been looking around.......5K seems expensive to me unless I have missed something
We paid 4K for our LWB 2.2DTI with about 36K on the clock. Huw Owner of 'Maisey Daisey' aka Frontera LWB 2.2DTLi! Model year 2000.
My brother bought a 03 reg 2.2DTI RS SWB last year for 3.5k
it only had 17k on the clock there are some very good deals out there ...it's just finding them
I agree, we have been looking for about 2 weeks now and the price differences are astonishing. One question, and I don't mean to hijack the post......There are a lot of Fronty's for sale in Yorkshire area......any idea why? Cheers, Huw. Owner of 'Maisey Daisey' aka Frontera LWB 2.2DTLi! It’s the biggest area/county and is of course its God's Own County http://www.crag-uk.org" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

its due to the Lard mines closing down. The Frontera B was the vehicle of choice for the independent Lard Miner, due to its large carrying capacity, sleek body design (allows for easy slippage through the lard tunnels) and wipe clean interior.
With the mines now closing down due to a large fatty deposit being found in bulgaria, the clottage industries of the Yorkshire area are beginning to suffer, and so the vehicles are up for sale. Matt 2.8TDI Sport. - 3" lift, 31" Recip Trials, Roof Rack, High Lift, Winch.
