G'day,
Went with Jim (woodwizzard) yesterday....was VERY slippery from last time, we managed to rescue a couple of Surfers  which didnt go down that well
Its open every weekend, not through the week tho'

Noticed this time its been cut up rather badly, particularly entrance/exit on mudholes, I was slipping & spinning a bit, but Jims bigger tyres seemed to fare much better.
Unfortunately I hit a tree....a very big tree....and I've bust a front indicator and front bumper, so I,m not "flavour of the month" @ home at the moment...."well thats that knackered....I cant drive that any more can I" syndrome....
Also the bonnet catch spring broke on the way and I,ve got that tied up with rope, so it dont look pretty @ the mo.

Suggest have a talk to Jim & see what his impressions were, I think he enjoyed himself.
What have I told you about Thinking Erroll??

Hi Carl, long time no speak, as they say. I did indeed enjoy myself and me thinks it is your kind of place. You have to think about what you are doing rather than just thrashing around the place. It is quite tight in places but the surfs went most places with a few shunts back and forth, suits a swb a treat. Ruts, mud, water and steep climbs, what more could an October want. The best place for pics is on the surf site, perhaps meooo could post a link coz I still don't know how to do that stuff. Count me in for another day there.

I have been to busy Carl, which is why I have been a bit quiet on here. Always something to tinker with on cars. I need to replace my window mech when I get a moment. Very relaxed down at Buldha, do what you want, go where you want and you do feel that everyone is looking out for each other which is good on a unregulated site.

I managed to fix my bonnet catch...£2.00 for a pack of springs as opposed to £15 for a catch :D

Got a new indicator ordered £12 I think

Gotta sort the bumper now, and I,m not paying £50 for an end cap....think it'll be filler time

Well, thats the Fronty about fixed...wife still not best pleased with me tho....which is a shame, because the Surfer boys are going laning this w/end and will probably need a Fronty or two to rescue them

Any volunteers can sign up here
Clayton was the guy I pulled out :) and Shaun was Jims recovery :)

P.S.
Jim, did you keep the pics of your rescue? if you cant put them up, perhaps carl would?
