What to carry when off roading??

I'm new to all this so i was thinking what do you carry in your frontera when you go offroading?

1. mobile phone!! :D

Ps does anyone know any good green lanes in the east oxfordshire area?
Or good road maps?

off roading kit

Hi
carry things for your benefit

obviously flask of coffee/tea with biccies

check spare wheel
tyre changing kit all complete (hydraulic jack)
spare fuses/bulbs
water/drinking water
wellies/water proofs
recovery rope
fire extigusher
2 torches
small tool kit (C/W cable ties elec tape etc)
and maybe
small bow saw
axe
hammer
matches

remember the list is endless and every one is different
so try it and see you will workout what is best for you
i would try to go in groups of minimum two
as this is sensible
