Hi all,

To all those who have sent deposits thanks, BUT, we still seem to be missing quite a few from members who said they wanted to attend!

Within the price we are trying to organise a bit of a free BBQ for saturday night (bring your own beer) but can do nothing till we know for certain how many people are coming!
So i am asking all who want to come please send your deposits, I would like all by the end of February so we can organise a bit of food.
Please also drop me a note in with the booking form and let me know if you have any vegaterians in your group as we are trying to offer an alternative!

At the moment i have only around 20 confirmed places, please get your booking forms in!

Thanks

Mark & Andi

Is anyone else unable to see that file or is it just me?
I'm tempted to go (if only to claim my car as been off-roaded by association!) as I think it's far enough way I can get time off work but I'm fishing for some more details before committing to it(I read through most of the long, long thread about it which answered most questions other than there being a final confirmation of what it was given the venue changed).

Oh, it's not that I have to be in a particular Yahoo! group or something? I did a search for Frontera but the only relevant group I found explicitly excluded off-roading!

And so do all the other regulars at this event!
But apart from a few extras from the forum, again its only the regulars that are attending! I think most who attended last year have now sent deposits but only around half a dozen from here have so far!
Well i guess thats more burgers and beer for us then!

Cheers

Its probably because its a .pdf file and you need Adobe reader to view it.

Down load it here
