That's what I'd heard too. I thought the owner had vanished abroad

The site was abandoned last year and I believe and there where some land rights of way issues.
I read a group of the sites old marshals where going to try and get it up and running again but nothing ever came of it.
Its a shame as from what I could see it was a huge very interesting site.

It was'nt a huge open site, such as say Bala 4x4, but a number of marked tracks (of different difficulty), throughout the forest complex - well, that's what I experienced anyway.
