Re: laning round strata reviewJust got home .thanks to Neil for selling freddy to me and weting my taste buds....but now the wife and kids want to come!At least I have popped my cherry on a great weekend ,and know I can start the truck in a river!!!not to be retried as the car now stinks,or is it my fishing bag.Anyway thanks to all the lads for a hell af a good time and i hope everyone made it home ok

Forgive me if I am missunderstanding what you mean but just dont want others to fubar the engine (especially if you have a diesel) If you stall the vehicle when in water (particularly if the exhaust is under water) it is strongly recommended that you DO NOT restart the truck whislt still in the water, this can draw water up the exhaust or worst case into the air intake if you dont have a snorkel, and take the water into the piston chambers. When the engine tries to turn over, the pistons will try to compress the water (which dont compress too much) and something will have to give, this is called Hyrdo-locking the engine. You may even recognise your con rods sticking out the side of yr block Again, sorry if I missunderstood what you were trying to say Ian SIZE DOES MATTER!!
