Buxton 21/03/10 review

Had another great day's laning today. Met up with Nottingham at Macclesfield, and after the meet and greets headed out onto the tracks. The second lane of the day, a favourite of mine too, proved to be impassable with about 2.5 ft of snow! Much had melted on the surrounds, and we came accross very little elsewhere. We decided not to bother risking it and moved on to other lanes in the area. From Buxton we did some lanes heading towards Whaley Bridge before looping back round to Buxton and on towards Bakewell. Plenty of trampers about, and mostly friendly at that, some even opened gates for us and waved pleasantly as we passed by. Also passed a group of Troopers and another group of LRs. It was great to meet Nottingham who was great company throughout, glad you enjoyed it.
