The total cost of the annual is £80 so £55 is due for the final amount. I wish it could have been cheaper but due to the unexpected low number's it was hit and miss whether it was going ahead at all. Remember this is for 3 nights camping and full use of the off road site on the Sunday.

Day trippers are £25 for a car and bbq again this must be paid BEFORE the event so food requirements can be planned.

The final payment is due by

01st April 2016

I have to send another payment to the site on the 2nd so PLEASE get it to me by the deadline. If you don't or haven't informed me prior I will assume you are not coming and inform the site of final numbers.
