What kinda lense did you use to make drifts thing look shiny??????

I used a Polarizing filter - remember the polarizing sunglasses that reduced reflections - the filter reduces all the reflections bouncing off all the dents :D

Cheeky so and so and yes I am amazing don't you forget it Mr Hurst :D

Had a great weekend (Andy will put pics up later) although Saturday had some interesting weather we went out onto the site and drift there were a few more swear words going on when his lordship left me at the top of that hill I think I might be part sailor, he did wait for me at the bottom though, in the morning the Landy came in useful when we towed out Pete and rich and a little later gaz decided he would try the same part and got himself stuck as well so we towed him out.....we ventured into the woods a couple of times and although small there are some challenging parts....later in the afternoon there was a point where Andy and I both thought we had had it as he topped the biggest hill there he lost the tracks and we slid sideways down with me clinging to the centre console for dear life screaming my head off  ( speaking to Neal about it later he said it looked a tad scary I asked if they got any pics and his reply was they were afraid to move in case it created a draft that tipped us over completely I didn't know landys couldn't support their weight on their roofs  )

But despite the fact I was soaked Saturday and spent most of the time freezing I can't wait for the next one and am really considering learning to drive get some more women out on the course as gem showed a few of the lads up ( matt) with her driving abilities....

It was really great seeing everyone again and hopefully a few if you will venture to the woods for one or both of the upcoming weekenders

back again!!! what a brilliant weekend.

the thanks list is quite big so here goes:

To Bobby for letting us piggy back his genny when ours went belly up after about 5 minutes, and for the loan of various tools (including a 15mm ratchet spanner carefully placed on my nuts....NOT)

To Frank for sorting out all the dodgy electrics on our caravan and the leaking water

To Jim for the top up of break fluid and the cheffing

To Ian and Marian for the most excellent soft top for Viper, their great company, and the brown bottle of ridiculousness

To Andy n Lisa (more of an apology as I brought the tent as promised but forgot the poles :oh yer: :oh yer:   ) and for lending me a coat coz I forgot mine (you left without it you plonker)

To Rob for the loan of his techno stuff so that I could lead the laning (though i was the only one to get stuck)

To Lawrence for the photoshoot Maria really enjoyed it

and lastly to Ste and Rich and Gregster for organising yet another fantastic meet, cant wait for the next one.

If we've missed out anyone we're sorry but it just shows what a great family FOG is.
I got a few pics on my phone and will upload them when I can work out how to :oh yer:

Ian and Marion got a soft top on the back of the Opel as well as all the other goodies? I'm truly impressed.

There's some good pictures on this thread, I really must try and take some myself occasionally. .

Hi Andy, it was me with the green pop up tent, had to go home for my son to be picked up and something cropped up so couldn't get back until the next morning, roll on June and the weekend in the woods, its far enough away to not get my weekend highjacked by other people.

no way, quite frankly im shocked, I left all my tools out over the weekend in case anyone wanted to use them and also lent some out knowing full well I'd get them back.

I know it sounds silly but has it definitely gone?
